How I Built a Repurposing Engine That Drove 10X ROAS and Unified Every Marketing Channel.

  • A woman dressed in black lingerie holding a large bottle of tanning solution labeled "Summa" while smiling.

    The Brand

Sunna Inc. is a leading beauty brand known for clean sunless tanning and teeth whitening solutions in the retail and wholesale space, with multiple departments managing social, paid ads, email, and influencer content.

  • Close-up of three women standing side by side, wearing black lingerie, with their arms crossed or resting on their hips, against a plain background.

    The Challenge

Content was being created in silos.
Different departments were producing their own assets with inconsistent messaging, resulting in a diluted brand voice, fragmented marketing, and missed opportunities to build authority and trust across platforms.

What I did (Strategy + Leadership):

I led the creation of a Content Engine that aligned all teams under one strategy - bringing structure, consistency, and intentionality to every piece of content.

  • Developed a podcast strategy focused on answering key customer questions and SEO-driven topics

  • Positioned each podcast episode as the anchor content that feeds every other channel

  • Designed a repurposing workflow:
    → Long-form podcast
    → YouTube upload
→ Short-form clips for organic social (Reels, TikToks)
    → Hook-driven paid ads
→ Blog & email nurture content

  • Built a nurture + visibility machine designed to generate like, know, trust—and clicks

Every piece of content was now strategic, multi-purposed, and optimized for its platform. Messaging was aligned across the board.
